After a period of significant acquisition and expansion, the firm was searching for a new space that would accommodate its larger team in Liverpool and also give it a platform for further growth.

Recognising Liverpool’s long history as a UK insurance centre, the firm’s leadership were also keen for the company to reassert its presence in the city with a flagship space and put Liverpool “on the map”.

In September 2025, DR&P moved into a new flagship office at Helix in September 2025, relocating its expanded Liverpool team from smaller offices at Mann Island. The refurbished, high-specification space features meeting rooms, a kitchen and workspace for up to 24 members of the team.

Susan Rogers, office manager at DR&P in Liverpool, said: “We are very much a global business with a Merseyside heart. Liverpool has always been important for us and it was a priority to find a space we could be proud of and which would help put the city on the map for DR&P.

“That meant an attractive, modern space in the city’s commercial district where we could welcome clients and colleagues from other locations and find new opportunities to collaborate. 

“Helix has been a perfect choice for our business and our team, who enjoy being based close to so many nearby rail links, car parking, shops and places to eat and drink. 

“Moving forward, we have plans across the business for further expansion of our client base, especially in construction and real estate, and our fantastic Liverpool office will continue to play a major role in that journey.”
